I hope you, your family and friends are all well during what is obviously a difficult time for all of us during the Covid-19 outbreak.

As you can imagine, the epidemic and the response to it have created real challenges for the catering industry and we want to update you on what is happening here at Mike’s Smokehouse BBQ and how it may affect you.

Our foremost focus is always the safety of our staff and clients. In line with national, state and local guidance, we we will continue to offer our Full-Service Buffet option where permitted and Food-to-Plate and Full Plated Service where required as well as Buffet Delivery and Delivery Only options. 

In addition, we will continue to schedule and complete complimentary tastings for new clients. Our tastings are limited to four adults and we request that if you or anyone in your party are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or have come in contact with any individual who has tested positive for Covid-19, please contact us to reschedule your tasting.

For our clients who currently have events booked with us, we understand that your event may need to be rescheduled to a later date, particularly spring events. We encourage you to contact us to identify availability. Your deposits will be honored for a future date and you will be given priority for open dates.

It is our hope that you will have the flexibility to reschedule rather than cancel your event. Should cancellation of your event be necessary, we will provide a refund in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
